Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: We understand that life can be unpredictable. To ensure fairness to all our clients and staff, and to help us manage our schedule effectively, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: How to cancel All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or SMS. The time the cancellation request is received will determine your eligibility for a refund or rescheduling. - More than 48 hours notice: You are eligible for a full refund or free rescheduling of your appointment. - 24 to 48 hours' notice: You are eligible for a 50% refund or one-time free rescheduling. -Less than 24 hours' notice or no-show: No refund will be issued. Rescheduling may be offered at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.
